Sleep better not trustworthy? We clear things up!

The products I have reviewed are not the best and I don't claim to be the best in any one category. Some are very effective, some are not. I don't have any special expertise about sleep. This page is for people who want to improve their sleep and don't want to buy anything that has a chance to be harmful. It is also for people who have no idea what they are doing and want to start.

Please don't be a fool. We are in a global economy and you are more likely to have good dreams if you are not trying to hurt anyone. I don't use any drugs or alcohol. I don't smoke cigarettes or take anything other than water. The above is all that I need to do. This is for you. The best way to increase your REM sleep is through meditation, reading a good book or taking a walk. We don't need to worry about having a "great" day. There is nothing to do except to live it and to have a good rest. I don't know what is the greatest way to live our lives. I believe that when we wake up in the morning, we are the most important part of the universe and it should not be underestimated.
